    Marriage green card services

If a foreign national who is already in the United States marries a U.S. citizen, the process of securing a green card is known as adjustment of status with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). If the foreign national is outside of the United States, they must go through Immigrant Visa Processing, also known as Consular Processing.

Part of the process of applying for a green card through marriage involves an interview with a USCIS Field Office examiner or consular officer. The role of this examiner/officer is to determine whether the marital relationship is real and not a falsehood just to secure a green card.
